Form Submissions and Lead Data
When you submit any form on the Services — including, without limitation, a form to contact a business listed in our directory, a request to claim a business profile, or a general inquiry — the information you submit (including your name, email address, phone number, message contents, IP address, browser and device information, and any other information you provide) is collected and stored in our systems. Storage of submitted form data is not contingent upon successful delivery of any message to a listed business, and occurs regardless of whether the listed business receives, opens, or responds to your message.
By submitting a form directed at a business listed in our directory, you direct and authorize us to disclose the contents of your submission, together with your name and contact information, to that business, and you acknowledge that such business's subsequent use of your information is governed by that business's own privacy practices, not by this Policy.
We retain form submission data for as long as reasonably necessary for our business purposes, including: operating and improving the Services; maintaining records of communications relayed through the Services; combating fraud and abuse; complying with legal obligations; and, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, communicating with you regarding products, services, and offers — including products and services of third parties — that we determine to be relevant to you (for example, services relevant to homeowners or property owners). We disclose that submitted contact information will be used for such marketing and cross-promotional purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any such communication or by contacting us as explained below.
We do not disclose your form submission data to third parties for their own independent marketing use except: (a) to the business you have expressly directed your submission to; (b) to service providers who process data on our behalf; (c) as required by law; or (d) where you have provided consent or where we have disclosed the practice and provided you the ability to opt out as required by applicable law, including where such disclosure constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion or correction of personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To the extent our disclosure of your contact information to third parties for marketing or cross-promotional purposes constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, you may opt out of such disclosure at any time by contacting us as explained below with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." If you are a California resident, you may exercise any of these rights by contacting us as explained below. We will verify your request using the information associated with your submission, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Privacy Information for EU Users (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union (EU), you have certain rights in relation to your personal information under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable European data privacy laws.
If you would like to request a copy of your Customer Data being held by us, request that your personal information is deleted, request to update and/or correct your personal information, or request that we provide a copy of your personal information to another data controller, please contact us as explained below.

We do our best to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Services, and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. We'll retain Customer Data you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we may also delete this information. We may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Our Services are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site, participating in any of our Services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Customer Data from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use or access the Services at any time or in any manner. If we learn that Customer Data has been collected on the Services from persons under 18 years of age and without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 18 years of age has obtained access to the Services, then you may alert us and request that we delete that child’s Customer Data from our systems.
Changes to the Policy
If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your Customer Data may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
We may revise this Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, or we are required by law to send notice, we will notify you.
